Myanmar Maritime University, Bachelor of Engineering, 3.7 GPA. A ship’s engine room teaches one thing early: a system either holds pressure or it doesn’t. Opinions don’t count.
Then the systems got bigger than engines.
Nearly five years at Fortune International in Yangon. Built the Group’s first PMO, led a SAP Business One implementation from blueprint to handoff, ran ISO 9001, and delivered a national livestock identification system for the government. MSc in Project Management with Distinction. PMP.
Now the system is the roster.
Head Coach and Technical Program Lead for Yangon Galacticos Dota 2. Built the cloud analytics platform that replaced debate with evidence — and won EPL World Series 12 with it. For the 2026 season, elected by the Myanmar Esports Federation to coach the national Dota 2 side.

- Designed, built and shipped a cloud analytics platform (Google Cloud, Firebase, Python) that continuously collects, processes and visualises competitive data — preparation time down 70%.
- Turned previously unquantifiable areas — decision quality, in-game discipline, practice consistency, opponent preparation — into dashboards and KPIs the whole organisation works from.
- Invented the Coaching Digest: review clips packaged into one timestamped, tagged, shareable link.
- Results under the system: EPL World Series 12 Champions (3–0 in the final); The International 2026 SEA Closed Qualifier.
- Built the team’s first data pipelines and draft-analysis tooling — the foundation of the platform above.
- Promoted to full-time Head Coach once the systems proved decisive in match preparation.
- Established the Group’s first PMO — project databases, Looker Studio, organisational process assets — giving the Board standardised visibility across every business unit.
- Product Owner for the SAP Business One → Power BI integration; redesigned transaction flows to be system-reliant.
